How Do We Raise Children Who Love To Serve?

Kids love to learn through hands-on experience. The more they experience something positive, the more they want to do it again! When children serve others they are building connections in their brains and hearts to our Father that has eternal impact! Here at Wellspring we want to encourage our children’s faith to come alive through participating in loving service! Please join the Children and Family Ministry this weekend, Sunday, June 13th from 11am-1pm to serve pulled pork sandwiches to our friends in The Well. We are in need of food donations and servers. Please click below to participate! If you cannot donate food, but you have time to serve (or the other way around) - that’s all GOOD for the Kingdom! You can register through this link.

Don’t forget, when you serve together as a family you can talk about what you are doing and why you are doing it! You can also talk about hunger, privilege and the power of sharing a meal. All kids can relate to the feeling of being hungry -- And sharing a meal can change lives - it happens over and over throughout the bible. If you have any questions, please contact Brie Pollard at brie@wellspringenglewood.com.
