Summer After Parties

We in the Community Life Team are so excited for this summer! We look forward to worship services outside at 5pm on Sunday nights!! Masks will be optional, and I am personally looking forward to seeing WHOLE faces again!! One of the other elements of summer we are excited about are the After Parties we are planning. Every Sunday we’ll have an opportunity for all of us to linger after the service and connect with one another, and I wanted to let you know what the first few After Parties will look like.

May 23rd - Celebration with Sweet and Savory Food Trucks, Lawn Games, and a chance for everyone to hear what is happening in all our departments this summer!! For you foodies out there, the food trucks will be Pink Tank (think chicken and waffles), Chivis Tacos, and Ba-non-a-nom (think yummy ice cream).

May 30 - Picnic on the Lawn - bring your own picnic and hang out with friends

June 6th - Donuts and Decaf and preconstruction prayer over the sanctuary

June 13 - Neighborhood Meet and Greet - come meet people from your Wellspring Neighborhood and we’ll serve popsicles!!

June 20 - Ice Cream Social

June 27 - Food Truck Night - because who doesn’t like more of a good thing! (Specific trucks to be announced in a couple of weeks)

July 4 - Nothing this night. Go watch fireworks with your family!!

July 11 - Kona Ice Food Truck - bring a picnic if you don’t like to eat dessert before dinner!

As we go through the summer, I’ll let you more of what we’re planning. I hope everyone will take advantage of the summer rhythm and weather, and stay to connect with one another after a LONG season of not being able to do this!!
