School Supply Drive :: THANK YOU!

A HUGE thank you to all of you who donated to our School Supply Drive! We are blown away at your generosity! This week Bishop Elementary, Englewood Middle School, and Englewood High School got some much needed supplies!

This is the massive pile of supplies in my office on Monday!

The Kingdom of God was proclaimed in action when we delivered the supplies to the schools on Tuesday. The teachers and administration were so grateful! At the High School there was even a bit of a showdown as to who was going to get the kleenex (since they always run out)!! The 4 boxes of hand sanitizer (thank you to whomever dropped those off in my office) was such a welcome sight at the front office of the High School, you might have thought we were delivering gold bars! Also, the Counseling Departments of the Middle School and High School were so glad to have some backpacks that they could give to students who don’t have any!

And how about one more Kingdom Moment for us all?? As part of the school supply donations, we even had some young ones in our Wellsping family run a lemonade stand and they used all their proceeds to purchase school supplies!

Again, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to those of you who donated towards this! It was such an honor to be able to gift Bishop Elementary, Englewood Middle School, and Englewood High School on your behalf!!
