Vespers :: June 21st

Dear Wellspring Folk,

We want to invite you to our Monthly Emerging Adults-led service called Vespers. Vespers officially means a service of evening prayer in the Divine Office, which is exactly what this is: an evening of prayer and worship. The Emerging Adults team felt that there was a need to create spaces of prayer, worship, and connecting with the Lord in our regular rhythms of life. What better way to do that than with and through the body of Christ? This summer, like our Sunday services, we are moving outside! Our first summer Vespers service will be an intimate space of prayer, worship, and communion in the backyard of one of our very own Wellspring attenders (more information below!). We encourage you to bring a Bible & journal to be able to engage on an individual and corporate level with God. Please also bring a blanket or chair with you since we will be outside in the grass. Although it is led by Emerging Adults, anyone and everyone is welcome to join us, believer and unbeliever alike. Our hope is to facilitate a space that draws every person in to know they are loved and to know who their Father is. We hope that you will consider joining us!
