Bible Study :: Single Mothers Raising Sons
The Single Mothers Raising Sons Bible Study is back!
The feedback from the first Bible study on Hagar and Ishmael was so positive and powerful, Thembi Myeni and Laurie Collaremore are back to lead another session. This is a special opportunity for single moms of sons: if this description fits you and you would like to join us, you are more than welcome to join (and pass this along to a friend, too!). Thembi and Laurie are ready to walk with you in love, grace and encouragement.
Beginning on August 2nd, the study will meet on Monday evenings from 6pm to 8pm at Wellspring. This brand new study teaches about Tamar, Judah, and their son, Perez. This session offers the opportunity to examine this story of a single mother in the bible, her impact on history, and how she relied upon God. Discussions throughout this study encourage women to share what they learn from their time in the Word, as well as their personal stories, when comfortable. In fact, Sara Hammon has shared her healing and encouraging testimony with us, which you can watch through this link.
